Details:	The North Scott Soccer Club teams are coached by High School coaches, former college players, and parents. All head coaches are paid, and we match up their experience with teams as best as possible. The North Scott Soccer Club Board makes resources available to assist and educate our coaches. The Club encourages and pays for our coaches to become licensed through the Iowa Soccer Association. Our Directors of Coaching / Coach Advisory Committee work with coaches to develop practice plans and methods to best teach the game of soccer. Our mission is to provide a positive, developmental and competitive soccer program for players within, but not limited to, the North Scott School District. Our charter is to administer programs of education and instruction emphasizing soccer skills, knowledge of the soccer laws, and promoting an appreciation for the game in accordance with the high standards of good sporting conduct and fair play. We strive to continuously improve the caliber of our training, coaching, equipment, and playing fields by fostering community pride and strong relationships with the North Scott School District, and surrounding areas, local government, organization and businesses.
