Details:	The overall mission of the Elkhart Flames Soccer Club (EFSC) is to foster the development of youth travel soccer players for the local high school soccer programs in the Elkhart area. More specifically: To ingrain the importance of exemplary sportsmanship, moral character, integrity, teamwork, discipline and fair play among players, parents and coaches; To improve the level of youth soccer in an environment that promotes competitive play with passion of the game as a top priority; To provide both opportunity and means for kids who are financially challenged to participate in travel soccer through the assistance of a scholarship fund; To support developmental soccer programs in the community; To promote and enhance the sport of soccer within Northern Indiana.
