Details:	The purpose of the Blairstown Youth Soccer Club shall be to maximize, within the operational scope of its charter, the benefits of participation in the sport of soccer. Towards achieving the objective of the Mission Statement, BYSC shall have, as itâ€™s primary focus â€¢ Teach the game of Soccer to its players. â€¢ Develop all-around soccer skills and knowledge of the game in each and every player. â€¢ Improve decision-making abilities of the soccer player. â€¢ Improve the self-esteem and confidence of individual players. â€¢ To have fun and enjoy the game of soccer. â€¢ Provide various levels of competition for players of different skills. â€¢ Instill the spirit of sportsmanship and the desire to strive for excellence. â€¢ Enhance the overall awareness and popularity of the sport of soccer. â€¢ Provide the youth of the region the opportunity to participate in the community through the participation of a team sport. Enhancing socialization skills as well as commitment and team spirit.
