Taekwondo is one of the worldâ€™s newest martial arts; formally getting itâ€™s name in 1953. However; itâ€™s roots are based on techniques tested for thousands of years. Today there are hundreds of thousands of Americans studying Taekwondo. The Hwa-Rang Taekwondo Federation stands for excellence, providing instructor training, belt rank testing, and supervision of competitive contests.
