Kung Fu Classes – We teach Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, a traditional style of Chinese martial arts that emphasizes long range techniques, quick advances and retreats, wide stances, kicking and leaping techniques, whirling circular blocks, quickness, and agility. In addition to forms and movements, students are taught that they should never use their skills offensively. While our classes are designed to be challenging and fun, student safety is always paramount. Tai Chi Classes – Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both defense training and health benefits. We teach Zhao Bao Tai Chi, which originated in Zhao Bao, China in the Sixteenth Century. Yoga Classes- We teach Hatha and Vinyasa Syles. Our yoga instructors are well-trained, can accommodate all skill levels, and are here to promote your health goals in a friendly, non-competivitve environment. See our website for class days and times. Core Strength Training Classes- A small group personal training class with a focus on core strength activities. Participants will use a variety of training equipment pieces including the TRX, BOSU, and many more! Classes lead by Stacey Penney, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, BS in Athletic training. Call to reserve your spot. Limit 6 participants per class. Massage- We provide professional therapeutic massage and bodywork services with a certified massage therapist. Our massage therapist specializes in Thai Yoga Massage and Passive Joint Movement. Also proficient in Deep Tissue, Sculpting, Neuromuscular Therapy and Circulatory. Call or email to schedule an appointment.
