Details:	Our training mission and the programs we provide are focused on reality based self defense (shil jun mu sul), not sport, competition, or traditional martial arts. We offer reality-based self defense training that covers the full spectrum of self protection, including: Conflict Avoidance and Verbal De-escalation Recognizing Pre-Indicators of Violence Empty-Hand Self Defense Skills Self-Protection Using Common Implements and Weaponry Psychological, Ethical, and Legal Considerations Surrounding Self Defense Specific Topics â€“ Child Safety, Practical Self Defense Workshops for Women Regular ongoing training courses are taught in a group setting, or in private instruction either at our facility or at the studentâ€™s location.
