Note:	Great martial arts school of many Traditional Martial Arts!! Tae-Kwon-Do Karate Jujitsu Aiki-Jujitsu Judo and also Ninjitsu. I#39;ve been there for almost 13 years and it#39;s been a great trip down the road!! Also very effective self-defense system!!
Details:	Kyu Shin Ryu, in its totality means "the art of governing body, mind, and spirit." It is the desire of the Kyu Shin Ryu practioner to grow and evolve in all three of these areas and have them function as one. Our growth comes from diligent and continued practice of the art, then giving the art away to others. We believe that as we share the art with others, we grow physically, spiritually and morally. We can only keep what we have by giving it away. Integrity Defensive Arts was founded by Rick Torres Sensei, who had a vision of a multidisciplinary Dojo that offers both soft and hard styles of martial science. We believe strongly in the value of crosstraining. Judo, Ju-jitsu, Aikijujitsu, Aikido, San Shin Kai Iaido and Mixed Martial Arts are the primary arts taught at the school in Victoria, Texas. The Dojo has approximately 900 sq. ft. of matted training area. The Decor is traditional Japanese in nature and we offer training to adults, adolescents and children. Let us now explore the world of Kyu Shin Ryu Aikijujitsu, it's foundation, evolution and history, as well as its techniques.
