Details:	U.S. Taekwondo Academy (USTKDA) is committed to ensuring every student learns all aspects of the exciting world of Taekwondo. Training at USTKDA includes traditional forms, Olympic sparring, and realistic self-defense. During our adult and children classes students will develop self-confidence, self-discipline, learn self-defense, and obtain physical fitness. Most importantly students will learn the five tenets of Taekwondo: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable spirit. It is important for ones to self-maintain both mental and physical strength to cope with the obstacles that life presents us more successfully. USTKDA is governed by the Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters), World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) and USA Taekwondo (USAT). Our school is an official registered school with the USAT and our Instructors are certified black belts with the Kukkiwon. We strongly believe that USTKDA will serve you as an important institution where you can learn the various virtues of Taekwondo which include self-discipline, respect, concentration and competition.
