Details:	The SMAC instructors have many years of combined teaching and training. Our instructors come from various martial arts schools and tall joined together to become Success. SMAC has had a reputation in the Lebanon and Nashville area of having some of the top quality that Taekwondo has to offer. All of our instructors, from the past to the present, have all carried on the tradition of SUCCESS, which is what we strive for. We are a traditional based Taekwondo school but we incorporate benefits and philosophies of other styles such as Karate, Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing as well. SMAC is a family-oriented school where 60% of our student base consists of families. But individuals are not out of place here either. SMAC, basically, is one big family. We have an amazing kids program where the child will learn basic self-defense and life skills that will last forever. Adults will get in shape along with learning how to protect yourself and become more aware of your surroundings in todayï¿½s world. If you are an adult that is looking for something to do with your child or family, then SMAC is the place to be. We have a variety of classes that are divided by age and rank. We offer a Lilï¿½ Dragons program for ages 4 & 5 year olds. The kids' classes are for ages 6-12 and then our adult program is for ages 13 and up. One unique class we offer is our family class where all students can train with their family. Many of the black belts here are state, regional and National champions. Due to those credentials, SMAC is the ideal place for the serious competitor or anyone just looking for a place to get in shape. SMAC is a 'go at your own pace' TKD School. However, you will get out of it what you put in to it and we will always encourage and motivate students to push themselves to their limit. We also have an academic achievement program where SMAC gets involved with the kids and their school. We reward students for their efforts in school along with coaching those struggling, therefore making parenting an easier load.
