Details:	Sumter Tae Kwon Do is dedicated to the highest quality of martial arts training. Our goal for each student is to enhance their individual potential and enable each one to achieve the skills, confidence and discipline that is predominant with all black belt leaders. At Sumter Tae Kwon Do we teach both Traditional and Olympic Tae Kwon Do. Traditional Tae Kwon Do includes low & high kicks, punches, blocks, joint locks and soft point techniques whereas Olympic Tae Kwon Do follows the guidance of the WTF and the USAT . The instructors at Sumter Tae Kwon Do are committed to the physical and mental well being of every student who enters our doors. Through lessons based on the Tenants of Tae Kwon Do, Sumter Tae Kwon Do provides a realistic and encouraging training environment, and works with each student to generate positive relationships, self-discipline, confidence and respect.
