Details:	Tae Kwon Do is a Korean style martial art which, when translated, means â€œThe way of the hand and foot.â€ At IL Hoi Kim Tae Kwon Do we believe that the most important thing you can learn is developing your mind and body to work together. While most people understand the need to keep their bodies in good shape, few try to keep their minds fit. As we age it's important to do both. That's why Tae Kwon Do is for all ages.
