Details:	Lioness Martial Arts teaches self-defense, assault prevention and personal safety to individuals and groups in and around Pittsburgh, PA. We specialize in self-defense for women and girls. Our comprehensive approach is designed to prepare women with effective options to use in situations ranging from verbal harassment to physical assault. Classes are held in Pittsburgh's East End. We also offer self-defense and assault prevention programs for corporations, schools, hospitals and nonprofit organizations. These classes are customized to meet each group's needs, and may be conducted at their location or ours.
