Details:	Under normal conditions, it isn't very often that the average person needs to defend themselves or others against an attacker. But each day, a person battles disease, stress or injury. Our bodies are constantly defending themselves against these everyday intruders. Given the ever-increasing costs of health care, it becomes increasingly more important to learn to practice a combination of martial arts that helps us not only defend physical attackers, but to prevent and treat disease. Sun Moo Kwan literally translates as a place to study and practice a complete mental and physical health philosophy. Sun Moo combines health based martial arts such as Sun Ki Do and Ki Gong with the physical martial arts of Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, Ju Do, and others into a complete martial art to help us prevent and treat disease, develop good moral character and defend ourselves against physical attackers.
