We offer 4 major programs: Enshin Karate: A full-contact style of Karate that builds on its base of Kyokushin Karate and adds Judo throws. Allows all normal attacks below the neck and grabbing and throwing the opponent. Kickboxing: Punches, kicks, knees, and elbows as well as blocks and other evasive techniques. They are a bit less formal than our Karate classes, and teach a slightly different skill set. Ultimate Bodyshaping Course: An exciting all encompassing fitness program that includes four main components: Cardio, strength and conditioning, flexibility, and nutrition. This is a 10-week intense, results-oriented course that will get you in the best shape of your life! Pilates: A great low-impact workout that increases flexibility & muscle tone while burning fat, without building bulky muscles. In your private Pilates sessions you will focus on core body strengthening and stabilizing for overall spine health and function.
