Details:
We practice and teach the Korean martial art of TaeKwonDo. We follow the tenants, forms, and sparring rules of the World TaeKwonDo Federation which is the style of TaeKwonDo used in the Olympic games. We also teach a variety of self defense techniques. This is a full time school. Many of our students have participated for over 10 years. CLASSES ARE FROM 6:00 TO 7:30 PM. Our students range in age from 5 years through senior citizens. No particular ability or skill level is required. Students learn discipline, self control, and respect. Please visit us at the Chandler Park Recreation Center. We’d be happy for you to workout with us for two weeks at no cost and with no commitment. Stretching is part of pre-class warmup and the workouts are strenuous. Practice sparring is not full contact and is adjusted to match each student's willingness and capability. Students wear protective equipment when even moderate contact is anticipated.
