Details:	Impactful taekwondo program in a family-friendly environment. Work out in a clean training facility in separate for children, teens and adults. Fun program for ages 4-5 to develop focus, respect and self-control for school. Engaging activities for ages 6-12 to help them become more coordinated, physicaly fit and self-confident. Excellent workout for teens and adults (great program for the parents of our junior students). Activities within each workout adaptable to the novice as well as the serious martial arts student.
