Details:	Overall we are a professional Martial arts training center teaching Kenpo Karate, Escrima/Kali, and fitness classes. Clients will learn Life Skills; Respect, Confidence, Self Esteem, Discipline, Integrity, Honor, Pride. Through the teaching of the Martial Arts and Fitness our trained staff's goal is to increase the health and fitness of our clients while they learn the physical aspects of self defense.
