Details:	Jindo Martial Arts, Fitness and Self Defense. Our state of the art training center, located in the Colvin Eggert Plaza in Tonawanda just off the 290 Expressway, provides the perfect backdrop for developing the skill and determination needed to succeed in the martial arts and in life. Jindo Martial Arts, Fitness and Self Defense is staffed by professional, experienced instructors, who have dedicated their lives to sharing the power of martial arts with the community. Their teaching techniques will encourage you or your child to excel through praise, not reprimand and will inspire confidence and success with everything they do. At our school, we not only teach technique, we build character through patience, focus, kindness, respect, honesty, commitment, perseverance, and goal setting. All of our instructors are certified black belts, who have no less than eight years of training experience each, amounting to over 72 years of combined experience. Also, all of our instructors and assistant instructors are CPR/AED/First Aid Certified by the American Heart Association.
