Details:	Whether you are looking to lose weight, relieve stress, gain confidence, or have aspirations to one day fight in the ring or cage, the Bellmore Kickboxing MMA GYM is for you. We are a state-of-the-art Boxing/MMA facility that caters to all; amateur and professional fighters, business persons, homemakers, teens and kids. With our One on One private lessons in Kickboxing, Boxing or Mixed Martial Arts, we go at your pace, and work toward your specific needs and goals. In addition to our private lessons, we also offer group classes in Kickboxing, MMA, Grappling, Conditioning, Boxing, and Cardio-Kickboxing. Whether you are working personally with one of our highly skilled trainers, or participating in one of our group classes, you will always receive an incredible cardiovascular workout, and be challenged physically and mentally at an extremely intense pace. When you leave the gym, you will know that each workout you've gone through, has had the intensity of an athlete training at the highest professional level. Not only will you be in terrific shape, but you will walk away with the knowledge that you are learning to defend yourself and your loved ones, with techniques that really work. At Bellmore Kickboxing MMA, each student is taught the art of Boxing; developing hand speed, punching power, stamina and strong defensive skills. In addition, each student is taught the finer points of all the Martial Arts kicks, focusing on power and technique. Practical and realistic movements, that work in the ring and cage, as well as on the street are our primary concern; not a reward systems of belts and katas. We also feature Jiu-Jitsu training, and all aspects of the Mixed Martial Arts, for students who wish to extend their skills to the cage. We train our students as rigorously as if they were going to fight in the ring. Even if you choose to never compete, you will get the total body workout of your life. You will look great, feel empowered, breathe life into your boring old workout routines, and acquire a skill that will stay with you for life.
