Details:	Kyokushin Karate is a total fitness program meant for those fully interested in developing their mind, body and spirit. Our training program is designed to "get you in shape" by strengthening your heart and improving your cardiovascular system. Our physical exercises help your entire body become firm, toned, flexible and limber thereby making you feel and look younger. We also offer an intense training component for those interested in the competitive arena or in becoming black belts or instructors. In addition to the traditional techniques, forms, and weapons , this component also emphasizes the use of elbows, hands, knees, and legs as weapons including general principles of fighting, teaching methodology, management skills, among other issues. Our Karate/self defense course is a learning experience which is fun for and which offers excitement to our members. Men, women and children of all ages can benefit from the confidence, focus and determination engendered through this regimen.
