Details:	Hender Alvarado is the head instructor at Gold Martial Arts in Glen Cove, NY and is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Hender Alvarado has been practicing martial arts for 23 years and is living his dream by teaching karate in the city of Glen Cove. Alvarado and the rest of the staff here at Gold Martial Arts contend that the fighting arts provide essential tools for success in school and in life.
