Details:	Eastern New Mexico Taekwon-Do offers classes for the serious competitor, the student interested in self-defense, or those desiring good physical exercise and fitness. Taekwon-Do programs are designed for the beginning student to the advanced black belt. It takes approximately five years for a mature student to achieve the rank of I Dan black belt. The Taekwon-Do taught in this studio is a strict physical discipline and not based on Eastern religious teachings. This school practices traditional martial arts etiquette to develop integrity, honesty, self-control, and respect for others. Classes are offered for children, juniors and adults. Children start their training at around the age of 6 years. Junior classes are for students 9 to 15 years of age. Adult classes are for ages 16 to 90 years of age. A student is only limited by their willingness to train.
