Details:	Master Phuoc Phan has studied Tháº¥t SÆ¡n VÃµ Äáº¡o, "The Seven Mountains way of Spiritual Martial Art", since he was age 10. At age 18 he graduated from the Nguyen Lanh Martial Art School in Saigon as a certified Tháº¥t SÆ¡n VÃµ Äáº¡o instructor. He has been teaching in downtown Philadelphia for almost 30 years. His studio is the only known Tháº¥t SÆ¡n VÃµ Äáº¡o/Tháº¥t SÆ¡n Quyá»n training center in North America. To make the Tháº¥t SÆ¡n VÃµ Äáº¡o more well known in the Western world Master Phan began a campaign of martial arts tournament appearances, winning many national championships and several world championships including the NBL 1992, 1993 and 1996 World Championships.
