Details:	We are a family owned business consisting of a husband and wife team and a staff of several family members. We First opened our establishment in 1986 in Oak Ridge, N.J. We now have two facilities one in Newfoundland and one in Clifton, N.J. We offer classes in Tae Kwon Do, Self-defense, Stranger danger awareness, Little Ninjas, Cardio Kickboxing, Boot camp, Gymnastics, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical theater, and Cheerleading. Our programs are geared for students of all ages and disabilities. Our do jang is an Olympic Tae Kwon Do style training facility where we have promoted over 300 black belts. All of our black belts must meet the requirements given by the World Tae Kwon Do Federation in Seoul, Korea. We teach and emphasize to all our students: respect, discipline, confidence, leadership, character, and the power of positive thinking and goal setting. We offer a total fitness regimen designed to build stamina, focus, coordination and most of all humility towards mankind.
