Details:	Tae kwon do is a system of symmetrical body exercises, and techniques, designed for self-defense using the hands and feet to block and strike, when necessary. However, Tae kwon do is much more than just a self-defense skill, it is a way of thought and life. Ballantyne Kicks is dedicated to training both the body and the mind, placing great emphasis on the development of moral character. We believe that self control and discipline, kindness and humility - must go hand in hand with physical grace. That is why Ballantyne Kicks is the perfect choice for you and your family. Here at Ballantyne Kicks, we teach all ages the 5 tenets of Taekwondo. Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit are incorporated in every aspect of our classes. Children learn respect and discipline while having fun in an energetic and exciting class. Adults will relieve stress, gain flexibility, and build core strength in our adult classes.
