Details:	The foundation of Stroud's School of Martial Arts was literally lain in the early 1970â€™s by Hanshi Lemuel â€œDocâ€ Stroud and his students. A place built with strength of body and mind was established to provide the essentials of learning the art of self-defense. Unique in its teachings, Stroudâ€™s offers not only one art but four: Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Kobudo. Stroudâ€™s is not only a place where you can find self-discipline and self-defense but it is also a place where you can find friends and family.
