Livingston Martial Arts Fitness Center, located in south central Montana. We offer classes in Taekwondo, Hapkido, Fitness Kickboxing, and other martial arts. Our school has several quality instructors, certified by the Kukkiwon (headquarters of the World Taekwondo Federation) in Korea. Our instructors teach "high level" skills in traditional Taekwondo and Hapkido arts as well as "cutting edge" techniques and training methods for modern sport Taekwondo. We provide quality instruction for all age groups - children (4 & up), teens, and adults. Our school conforms to the needs of the individual, whether it be self defense, fitness, or sport, while instilling focus, concentration, and confidence in all. In addition to our Martial Arts programs, we offer a course named "Extreme Fitness Training". Extreme Fitness Training or EFT is is a combination of hard core workouts for both strength and aerobic conditioning. The class routines rotate from day to day. Some of the routines are Fitness Kickboxing aerobic bag training, upper and lower body strengthening, core and abdominal conditioning. Along with the Fitness routines, we also have 3 diet routines to help burn fat and build muscle. This 4 month course will get you into the best shape of your life.
