Jiu-Jitsu Beginner: Is a class designed for beginners to teach the basic mental and physical aspects of Jiu-Jitsu. In this class we focus on attention to detail, proper biomechanics, agility, and an understanding of the leverage principles of Jiu-Jitsu. This is an ideal class for beginners to excel rapidly at Jiu-Jitsu as well intermediate and advanced practitioners. Strength & Conditioning: The strength & conditioning program is designed by a World Class Strength & Conditioning Coach currently working with stars in NFL, MLB, NCAA etc…This program places a strong emphasis on sport specific exercises, rehabilitation, power, and explosive athletic movements as well as general fitness for anyone interested in becoming, faster, more balanced, and more coordinated for Jiu-Jitsu or any other sport. This is as good as it gets, come see why the pro’s train here! You will become faster and healthier than ever before in your life, this is a professional program. There is an additional monthly fee of $39.00 per month for the gym membership, remember we offer ONE of a KIND machines found nowhere else in the U.S. designed specifically for sports performance! Check out SpeedofSport to learn more about this!!! Circuit training: The Circuit training class is a ½ hour class designed to help boost your cardiovascular conditioning and strength. Using similar methods as the strength and conditioning program we maximize the time by creating a challenging Jiu-Jitsu specific exercise circuit. Students wanting to enroll in the Circuit training sessions must have a minimum of 10 Strength and Conditioning sessions experience. Crazy kids hour!!: is a time for kids to come in and blow off some steam with supervised games like dodgeball, four-square, handball, basketball, shark island, and many more. Bring your kids in, let them blow off some steam with the other kids, then they can go home and study!!Open to all kids ages 6-12 years old. Think of this as the second Lunch break kids need to release that extra energy!!!
