Detail: We offer classes from age three up in a variety of martial arts and disciplines. Our youngest students learn basic counting, large motor skills, working within a group, and how to follow directions. From there students progress through a Shotokan Karate curriculum up to adult, where we offer Chinese martial arts and Pilates classes both daytime and evening. We also have a Chinese lion and a dragon, both of which are used for performances in parades and other functions.
