Choi Shin Do was founded by the late Grand Master Seung O. Choi. The culmination of a lifetime’s work of carefully selecting and incorporating techniques from various martial arts styles into a comprehensive system. Choi Shin Do is rooted in three powerful skill areas: kicking, striking, and grappling/ground defense. Self Defense: Real techniques rooted in scientific principals rather than fantasy. Self-Discipline: Ability to Choose and do what is right even if it is not popular or expedient. Self-Confidence: Courage gained through regard of oneself and others to stand up for what is right in the face of adversity.
