Our teaching goals are to produce strong minds and bodies, confidence, and self esteem, focus, coordination, and a "Yes I can do it" atitude. We teach our students success the old fashion way: They earn it and gain pride in knowing they can, while giving students the opportunity to learn how to deal with conflict nonviolently. All instructors are patient, helpful, and courteous to meet the need of students in each age level group.
