We pay close attention to your goals whether it is for physical fitness,self-defense, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), or athletic training. We incorporate fighting techniques and training that Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and Kung Fu cannot supply. This creates a realistic fighting system that also builds self-confidence, gives you more energy, and promotes a mode of stress relief. Most importantly, you will learn the most effective yet practical martial art known as Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a constantly evolving discipline unlike any other. This martial art is designed for everyone; big or small. We know that superior technique will overcome strength. Belt promotions are awarded based on the understanding and execution of techniques when sparring with other students, instructors, and, in tournaments. In other words, belts are given based upon true ability, not demonstrating forms/kata against an imaginary opponent. We have a combined 35+ years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and gold medal competition wins. This helps insure that our programs and techniques are top notch. With this level of instruction and dedicated training you will become a true Jiu-jitsu artist.
