Detail: Wu Shen Tao Health and Martial Arts has operated in the Silver Spring/Takoma Park area since 1985 and has developed over time a comprehensive curriculum for training in the martial arts. Unfortunately, in this country, many people associate martial arts with violence or with the super athlete. At Wu Shen Tao, we do not stress violence, nor will you be required to engage in activities for which you are not ready. Our goal is to introduce you to the more spiritual and health related aspects of training by offering a variety of programs ranging from Qi Gong and meditation to self-defense with many choices in between. In addition, once you have become a part of Wu Shen Tao, you will have access to our bookstore and video club, and can take advantage of special seminars, lectures and workshops.
