Detail: The Easton Martial Arts Center is more than just a karate school. Our Principal System is the Jornales System, Sandatahan – Arnis Sikaran. This system has its roots in the Filipino martial art of Arnis-Kali-Eskrima. This system includes varied methods of training and drills utilizing assorted sizes of rattan sticks, Asian weapons, forms and empty hands. Combined with the kicking system of Sikaran and Dumog (grappling), the result is an effective self-defense system. Sandatahan – Arnis Sikaran compliments other martial arts styles and encourages an overall balanced system. Our style is complemented with a system of Bagua Chung that contains whole systems of the following martial arts: Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi Chuan, Baguazhang (Pakua Chang or Bagwa Chung), Kung Fu, Aikido, Hapkido, Jujitsu, and 18 traditional Chinese weapons. We have been teaching the highest level of martial arts in the Easton area for over 10 years. Our youngest students are 2.5 years old and our oldest student is 86 years old. You are never too young or too old to begin training at the Easton Martial Arts Center The Easton Martial Arts Center focuses on: 1) integrating the martial arts into daily experience; 2) building positive, disciplined students; 3) providing practical learning experiences to develop self confidence and self defense techniques. We balance body and mind through physical training and mental development.
