Detail: At the Wah Lum Kung Fu Athletic Association our objective is to provide our members with an authentic Chinese Martial Art training environment and to challenge new and active students alike in the physical, mental, and philosophical aspects of Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu. Our training programs include hand and weapon forms, two-person sets, self-defense, sparring, and Tai Chi to help our members become well-rounded martial artists. Students are taught at the rate of their own abilities, and in this respect, a high standard of Kung Fu is achieved through the students’ hard work and the encouragement from our dedicated staff of instructors.
