Detail: Since 2003, Twin Dragon Kung Fu has been providing professional instruction in the traditional Chinese martial art of kung fu. We are a Black Sash school and offer programs for men, women and children, from beginner thru advanced levels. All of our programs are independent of one another and each has a defined sash ranking system. All programs encompass a number of different aspects including strengthening and conditioning, forms, weapons, self defense, chin na training and sparring.
