Additionally weapons training, stress physical fitness and self defense classes are offered. Our chief instructor Charles Crayton, Jr. holds a 6th degree black belt. His achievements include numerous competition wins as an individual as well as on the All New England AAU International Karate Team, Charles is a 5 time team member and has been involved in martial arts since 1978.
