Detail: Sensei Marc was born in Gary, Indiana in 1967. He is the youngest of 5 boys and was raised by his widowed mother. At the age of 7, Sensei Marc saw his first martial arts movie, “Return of the Dragon,†starring Bruce Lee. Immediately, Sensei Marc was hooked. He began training in Okinawan Shorin-ryu Karate at the International Judo and Karate dojo in Gary. Unfortunately the school ended up closing and Sensei Marc did not train in a dojo for years to come.
