Detail: Taekwondo training offers a range of health and wellness benefits regardless of age. Children will improve their physical fitness and coordination while also building their confidence, self-esteem, self-discipline and focus. Adults will improve their strength, endurance, flexibility and balance and a stronger well-being. Youn’s Taekwondo studio offers certified WTF Taekwondo instruction for all ages. All classes are led by a group of TKD instructors as well as Master Jung Hun Youn, a national Taekwondo champion, a certified Kukkiwon instructor and an international referee. We offer daily group classes for children ages 3-18, please view our class schedule for class age ranges. We offer day and evening adult group classes or private lessons for all levels. We also offer an adult Hapkido class, for those interested in the art of self defense.
