The Metrowest Academy specializes in teaching real world self-defense to students of all ages. We believe with the right attitude and right instruction anyone can learn to defend themselves - and even better - know themselves in the process. Our goal is to provide our students and their families with a safe environment where they feel comfortable both training and working out.
