Detail: Our students adhere to a strict code of conduct; Effort, Etiquette, Sincerity, Character, and Self Control. We strive to help our students achieve a greater success throughout all areas of life. We do this by teaching our martial art as a complete discipline (mind, body, spirit) which, in addition to developing physical defense, encourages the formation of high personal standards and respect for fellow men and woman. Through practice, teaching, and our student service culture, we strive daily to produce individuals who are positive, respected and contributing members of society. Students of Seavey’s Traditional Kenpo JiuJitsu are taught the traditional with the practical. By teaching the fundamentals alongside present day “street situations†our students gain a greater awareness, and a stronger appreciation for the importance of tradition and how it is applied today. This is a whole body art; mind, body, and spirit and as such students will learn to exercise and strengthen each area. Our students learn concepts and principles from a number of different arts; Kenpo, JiuJitsu, Tai Chi, Kickboxing, and grappling.
