Detail: Olympian Tae Kwon Do Center Training Program is based on Traditional and Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do. Through years of accumulated teaching experience, Master Carlos Hernandez has developed a program that is easy to follow and assimilate regardless you are a kid or an adult. WHO SAID THAT TAE KWON DO WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE FUN? Even though each group is under a different teaching system, our classes are designed for our kids to learn and have fun at the same time. (The Kids program is based in games and challenges that help them to interact with the group and gradually adapt to the hard work. They are systematically introduced to the program and eventually to discipline. Your kid(s) doesn't know that he/she is working our! They are just having lots of fun!) For years our policy was the same as the most of the Martial Arts Schools. The suggested age to sign up a kid in martial arts is 6 and up. With our program kids can start at 4 or even under (meet amazing Jayron Armas, and others, he is only 3 1/2!). Our goal is to teach your kid(s) in an enjoyable enviroment. You can see how they gradually learn and progress at the same time that they love what they do. TEENS AND ADULTS CLASSES The dynamic of our program is different for teens and adults, our students learn Tae Kwon Do in a step by step system giving to the body and mind the opportunity to build and shape up in a daily basics. The enthusiasm and dedication of our intermediate and advanced students are great motivation for beginners. Many of our practitioners are Tae Kwon Do parents (moms & dads) that have found the benefits of joining a sports and a Martial Art that is for everyone.
