Krav Maga is the official self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces, and has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies and thousands of civilians in the United States. Krav Maga is a simple, effective self defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. We work on all areas of the fight: attacks, defenses, timing, feints, tactics, movements, and vision. We develop the right skills for sparring and ring fighting, but, remember, the street is not the ring. The bad guy isn’t fighting for points and neither should you, so we emphasize down and dirty techniques – what is effective to win on the streets. Our no rules system of fighting will keep you safe and help you survive a violent assault.
