Detail: Falkner Martial Arts focuses on real world self defense techniques. Falkner martial arts is an ecletic system combining multiple martial arts. Bottom line, you will learn how to fight and defend yourself. You will learn how to hit, kick (Karate, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do), gun / knife disarms (Krav Maga), choke, grapple (Ju Ji Tsu), knife and stick techniques (Kali / Eskrima). This is a cardio intensive workout. You will lose weight with this program. Come prepared to sweat and breath hard. You will workout and train with other students that are sweating. this is not a mild or moderate workout program. Uniform is shorts or sweat pants, t-shirt and wrestling shoes. Sticks and training knife will be required and are available for purchase. Belt promotions are available, but not required.
