Detail: Established in 1973 as a gymnastics school the Iowa Gym-Nest has become a full service sports facility for gymnastics, Taekwon-Do, power tumbling, cheerleading sports camps, youth fitness and play groups. Our gymnastics programs begin with children 12 months of age and include programs for all ability levels, from those who need special help to those with exceptional ability. Our Taekwon-Do, and power tumbling have programs for children ages 5 and older. We are Iowa’s largest gymnastics school with over thirteen hundred students in two locations that total over 23,000 square feet. Both locations offer state of the art equipment including in-ground trampolines and landing pits for safe learning. Our preschool gyms feature specialized equipment for smaller children. The martial arts room located at our Coralville location features wall-to-wall matting, full length mirrors and is air-conditioned. Paige and Brian Roth are pleased to be the new owners of Iowa Gym-Nest. Paige has worked at IGN for nearly 22 years and has managed the Coralville location for the last 12 years. It is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream of Paige's to own Iowa Gym-Nest. Brian is a CPA who will manage the business side of IGN. Both Brian and Paige are dedicated to upholding the strong values of integrity, honesty, and fairness that have been the foundation upon which IGN has stood for the past 38 years.
