Detail: The Vanderpool Martial Arts Academy is based on Grand Master Tong Choo Choi's style of martial arts and is a member of the World Self Defense Arts Association. Our focus is on traditional martial arts training for the purpose of self defense, fitness, discipline, confidence, coordination and motivation. Master Michael Vanderpool was co-head instructor, along side lifelong friend Master George Harjung of the Ravenna Martial Arts Academy from 1985 through 2011. A career change has relocated Master Vanderpool to Pooler Georgia where, with the help of Fitness Witness, he is openning the Vanderpool Martial Arts Academy.
