Detail: Sajido is a conflict resolution system based off Tae Kwon Do that uses a transitional stance to incorporate elements from many other styles such as Muay Thai, Aikido, Hapkido, Kenpo, American Karate, and many others. AIKIA has recognized Sajido as a unique system due to the simultaneous use of the hands and feet.
