This arts principal purpose is helping people become strong in mind, body, and spirit, but gentle, kind, and thoughtful in their behavior. The Tang Soo Do curriculum was created to build habits that lead to this goal. Building these habits takes time and effort in our disciplined training. The results are change and growth toward our personal goals. Tang Soo Do is practiced by people of all ages and capabilities. Students proceed at their own pace. Curriculum includes classes for children, teens, adults, senior adults, and students with special needs. Tang Soo Do is an art, not a sport or recreational activity. There is no competition in the classroom.
