Detail: Core Strength Martial Arts is owned by Master David Bohreer . It has been their life time dream to build a Martial Arts School that offers not only a dynamic Self Defense program for children and adults but also a dynamic program of personal achievement and growth. Incorporating life skills of leadership, integrity, determination and academic excellence is a big part of the schools mission. The couple have been married for over 13 years with two children ages 9 and 7. Core Strength Martial Arts is a beautiful state of the art training facility with wall to wall Olympic style rubber flooring offering Taekwondo and Hapkido. Master David Bohreer began his Martial Arts training under Master Mark Giambi of Brother’s Taekwondo where is earned his 1st Dan in 1998. In 2000, he moved to Vancouver Washington and trained under Grand Master S.W. Lim of King Tiger Martial Arts, a Korean Tiger Team member. Under Grand Master Lim he received his 2nd and 3rd Dan. Since 2005 he was trained under 9th Dan, Grand Master Jong Kil Kang of Brother’s Taekwondo. Under Grand Master Kang he received his 4th and 5th Master’s Dan. Master Bohreer was won several gold medals in both poomse (forms) and sparring. He has instructed hundreds of students for over 12 years.
