Detail: Our primary philosophies are embodied in our Student Creed: I will develop myself in a positive manner, and avoid anything that could reduce my mental health or physical growth. I will develop self discipline, in order to bring out the best in myself and others. I will use what I have learned in class constructively and defensively to help myself and others and never be abusive or offensive. We believe in the above creed, and it embodies the philosophy we stand for. However, this is not a boot camp, the Japanese army, a Zen Buddhist temple, or a Shinto shrine. We strive for discipline without humiliation, character development without oriental religious trappings. Personal growth is the goal to which we all aspire, and continue to pursue.
